This is an offer to ALL shareholders. This is not an offer to the board. We shareholders have the freedom act in our own best interest.

You are free not to accept. In fact so is Keith and his handful of ponies.

But once Titan get over 50% things get tough if you dont accept. If they get to 66% then you are really going to be faced with a situation.

As a long suffering shareholder like you are, that bought at $5. This is the best chance you will ever have of getting anywhere near your money back. Joint Venutres wont do it. Staying on the TSX wont do it. Face the reality Tappdyboy.
