RE:Will Bellemare make it to the end of 2019

RE:Will Bellemare make it to the end of 2019mtl ...in my book Bellemare will at least finish his mandate of that 5 years plan -end of 2020 -. He already mention that Q3 will not be very good for the legacy train contract . Cash flow will be affected by those by around 300 M , margin will be lower then plan a year ago for the same reasons
. I think the market has already put in those and that is what explain the struggle around 1.70-1.80 and some analyst went from strong buy to buy or wait .

Q4 will be better but i think we need to wait middle of 2020 to see a real gain in the trading up price , confidence need to be re-build , sentiment index need to change from negative to positive , results need to be there and proven , deliveries on time is the major proof that need to be done and proven in a few quarters .

Would there be more delays , longer time needed to fix all the legacy problems ? maybe but i dont see anything bad in the medium or long term .On the contrary i see lots of growth , better margin for sure and pleasant surprises along all that mainly in the train and metro side .
Have a great day to all . SD
