Parker was maybe too conservative

Parker was maybe too conservativeI think Parker may have been too conservative or the type that couldnt pull the triger on a deal.

In the 2yrs he has been here, valuations have only gone up. I work in the software space and If he was waiting for a market correction we could be waiting forever and if  there is a correction,  we may just go back the valuation levels from when he started.

Sometimes you just have to go for it if the business is sound and you have money to spend.

When Skippen pulled the trigger in Viziya, at the time it looked like we overpaid, but 2 yrs down the road, it doesnt look as such.

Cloud software is the hot space. It's where everything is headed in the software space. Margins are also good.

Parkers downfall was that he didnt make any acquisitions and that is what he was brought in to do. Perhaps being CEO wasnt the right fit for him,

Thx,

Shak
