RE:Titan deal is a disaster in the makingi am far from a Uni student 1kgcoffee. I am a opportunistic investor. I have bought Core for the takeover opprtunity and not a JV. I have done enough homework on who is behind Titan to know they will deliver the turnaround we need, add capital when required and the ASX is far better for Mining than the TSX so there is a significant value uplift. 
This is an offer to us shareholders. The board have no say in it. I am entitled to accept. As you can say no. 
Based on our high of 27c today it is a win already.
