Thing is I was trying to figure if they were being removed or anything... Checking for news and articles... but looks like nothing is out... Having a contact in Armenia or even on the field to shoot a text over to brokers in Canada when the polices and enforcement come, anyone could do that. 

Heck, I would have loaded the boat at even 11.5c if I could have found some news out there about the blockades.
