From my quick calcs it works out as $21 per share as at flutters last closing price. God this is a great deal for flutter. They have stolen skybet and pokerstars for peanuts in my opinion. At least we will now have shares in the combined operation. Flutter know what they are at with paddy power, Betfair sportingbet and FanDuel. This would be a behemoth of a company. Expect the regulators to get involved. There will definitely be issues in the UK.The new company will own 3 of the 4 top brands in the UK with physical shops and online presence. The regulator might want to carve that monopoly up. People's thoughts?
