RE:Valuation Bailey2 you should also do your homework on ASX small to mid cap gold stocks. I buy stocks globally and certainly both the TSX and ASX. 

You want 75c... by doing the merger we are 45c day 1. If the Titan price goes to 35c, which it will quickly, you will be 90c per share based on your CGLD shareholding. So you will be quickly way ahead of the 75c mark you think you are worth now. On the ASX you could see this hitting $1+ within 12 months which is the same as CGLD hititng $2.50+
We have no chance of that happening via a JV or staying on the TSX. Any novice willl tell you that. 
But ASX you only need to look up the gold stocks. Educate yourself my friend. 
Your 50,000 shares you hold might actually get to be something of value.
