No need to say that the examiners are not experts in every branch/ field, nor perfect … so one can assume that they have al lot of questions about this brand new, innovative technologie. These processes take time … quite logical I’d say!

According to the data of some patents of Pyrogenesis, the average duration for acknowledging the patent is more or less 66 months. Of course the complexity/scale of the applications differ, but when we don’t take these factors into account… the earliest year of acceptance would be this year, the average 2022 and at the latest 2026.
