RE:No shorting under a buck...... investigation is underway by.Who in the world told you it was illegal to short under $1 ??? Cause its perfectly legal. Who do you think is selling them the swaps? BANKS!!! Thats the only way to short. And do you honestly think banks are risking illegal activities for a few dollars in a margin account? Dont be stupid. Your not scaring anyone to cover. FFS im a long and think that post is utter garbage.
