When is the Annual General Meeting?

Based on a read of the finacials we are in serious trouble and are facing bankruptcy without big changes. Unfortunately the team we have in place now is not getting the job done and has run this company into the ground while getting paid outrageously. I have lost a lot of money (as have others). What can we do to save this company? Or is it too late?
