RE:RE:Valuation I have read the key parts of the formal bid document. 

Clearly you can see there is no issues for Titan. Both now and in the future.  It seems like a good story to scare people off selling into their offer. Well done Keith. You should start writing novels. 

I am pumped to get a 45c bid. I have seen nothing but disappointment and this is the first postive thing to happen to us since Washer had us at $5.
