RE:Meeting calledYeah, I have to agree that this is a surprising turn of events... I was expecting court battles to avoid it or a date at the end of 2020. 

I guess the current board will actually fight to try and win shareholder approval??? Althought there is only 1 person they need to convience and that's Mittleman. So, yeah, bye bye board. 

Hopefully the shares can rally on this. Pretty good outcome. 

I don't know, perhaps they were legally forced to call this meeting because of some laws when shareholder meetings are requisitioned?? Or maybe their violation of Multelateral instument 61-101 was just too flagrant?
