Jeff it's neither. When CEO's change many of the lieutenants also change, kind of like your new name every couple of weeks. Standard practice. Bruce Litton got booted from Tweed, has that really impacted anything or changed the company etc? Not yet. The board wanted to try a new direction so they remove those who were in the way and appoint the people who can take take them there. 

Same everywhere and for everybody.
