Perhaps I incorrectly equate a "no brainer"  to a sure thing".

that's great you've been around many takeovers.   If so, it's impossible you have not been nicked a few times as well.

There is no way to relay on the fact that there wone't be extraneous events in the future that affect this or other gold plays.  The further out your timeline for "the end", the more risk the play has.

I got my head handed  (or at least significant profits) to me due to the credit crisis of another seemingly "no-brainer".  20 cents to close to 4 and pretty much all the way back.  the trip back as incredibly quick.

If this was actually a no-brainer or sure thing to a double or triple in a year or two, we'd be much close to that target.

I'll be happy to leave some on the table for you.  I am not here in 2 years.  I'll be frustrated if I still own as many shares as I do  year from now....very.
