I did not know that a change was made in management's compensation package! I will have to look into this further.
If what you have posted is indeed true about the possible reason behind the compensation package changes, then the ASC will need to investigate as this is a clear case of fraud against the shareholders. As I have already stated, Bellatrix entering CCAA protection does not pass the smell test!
