RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AgraPlus, AAA got their licence on October 12, 2018 (almost 1 year ago).  Illustrates the point that its not AAA fault that HC is slow in processing necessary declarations any more than its MYM's fault HC is slow in approving the Laval licence.  Sometimes bureaucratic s**t just happens and is never publicly explained.
