RE:RE:RE:RE:Someone can...If they sacrifice the shares to take the company private one of the first things to investigate will be if they sold off without disclosing. There will definitely be a full investigation, there are too many suspicious items to be ignored by SEC and others (such as the investors) and they KNOW THIS!!
