Ron,

I believe this contract is Drosrite based on how quiet he got regarding it after the pretolling agreement and validation. His talk of spin off further enforces this belief, as one would want to make sure original pyro could stand on its own. Drosrite contract seems to be the final piece before spinoff, as this would allow both companies to stand alone without further financing.

Just me speculating but luckily all will be known in two more sleeps.
