TransMountain

TransMountainWhat are folks perceptions of how important the Transmountain pipeline is to the ultimate success of TIC?  Or any new pipeline for that matter? I'm concerned with the Federal election, as there are a number of scenarios that impact pipelines.  I think the best scenario is a Conservative majority,  but this is a bit tenuous. A Liberal majority would also probably allow TMP to move ahead,  but a Liberal minority would likely doom it, as the NDP and Greens have said they won't support it.  A conservative minority with the Bloc could work as well, since TMP doesn't go anywhere near Quebec.
