Yes. There is still optimism. At least, I'm still optimistic.

I think many of us were a bit presumptuous and got ahead of ourselves thinking we would get a deal immediately after the IPO.

In the prospectus they say that they had not yet begun negotiations for the Qualifying Transaction that they intend to achieve. Making a deal like this is is a big job and will take some time. They have two years to make something happen but I doubt we will have to wait that long.

As I've said before, the target company is most likely Kaya Inc.

A Jamaican Cannabis brand that has connection the the Marley family.

The potential for this, if done right, is astronomical. Can't rush something like this.

I'm willing to wait. The cannabis sector has been boring but Kaya has a lot of potential.

Alan Gertner and Balram Vaswani go way back. Hiku did a deal with Kaya back in the day.

And Bruce Linton is on the board?

I don't know boys but there is something fishy about this one...

We'll get word when we get word.

I've already accepted that I am willing to lose my investment.

This is one of those moonshot opportunities. 

Patience is what separates the men from the boys.

Slow down. Take it easy. All in due time.
