Will this financing close

Will this financing closeI sure hope Mackie Reseerch and their prospectus  financing has fully disclosed all the relationships between Algernom, Nash, First responders, Kai and Bull Run and their CEO and CSO. It's not in prospectus. Not doing so is opening them for litigation . . . Just go ask a securities lawyer
