corruptedthis might be the story : hey boss we cant pay no one we need a loan... ok let me talk with sinopec third party lender hooo they offer us 4 millions i can pay my own 1 million wage and my buddy salary for a few month this sound like a deal !!!! 4 month later BOSS we can't pay the loan hooo no worry let go bankrupt our nice creditor will take all our asset for a few cent on the dollar!
