John Ryan received a suggestion from others that Premium should
supply the OTC with financials (unadited) of course. 

With a few more dollars to the accounting firm things should start
to fall into place as the fear of trading without financials or a corporate
update may cause issues from the exchange. 

John plans to discuss the issue with OTC by the middle of the week to
make sure that everything is in line with all the requirements needed. 

This should allow for a NR updating the current status of the company
and plans for the future.

Hope this comes to fruition sooner rather than later.
