Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Supply agreement

Supply agreementI think this is a good move by aphria, emblem/alefia won't survive beyond 24 months just like 90% of all weed companies. It is likely run by inexperienced people that have no idea on how to run a company just like 90% of all weed companies. This poses a massive risk, there are countless risk possibilities for aph's products e.g. issues during packaging, contamination, protocol violation etc etc. Simon understands that and rather not take any risk, it's not different than Samsung selling their screens to Apple or Sony selling their camera sensors to Nikon. These companies would never sell their products to Mickey mouse businesses.
