This is a great speech and it’s too bad it is addressing the wrong audience. This audience is in the resource/energy industry and they are fully into it. It’s all the naysayer, environmentalist, green energy people that need to hear it – but then they would tune it out and shout it down regardless of the value of the content.
 
Too bad they couldn’t show it on giant screen TV for the benefit of all those loonies at places like the Burrard St. bridge today with top volume so they couldn’t miss it. Maybe it would have got them to leave instead of being the disgrace they are. At least in Vancouver it rained on their parade.
