RE:BlockadePersonally, I think they will try to take the honorable way out and give to blockaders a warning to evacuate by a certain deadline... If they aren't gone, then they will use law enforcement.

But first, they want to make sure that everything is in order and they can show that the grounds for the blockades are abusive, un-lawful and unfounded. That might take some time.
