Brookfield is selling none of their shares. If Brookfield ever sold a single share there would have to be a NR because of the amount of shares they own. &nbsp;The shares that are being bought and sold are the minority shares. Who is selling, it could be you or me or any institution because we/they have made enough money and /or just are not in the mood to wait this out. I have been on that side in the past and just did not want to wait because I thought my money would be better deployed elseware. I also thought that the offer was fair and did not think it would be bumped up by a bidding war.<br /> Now I have also waited because I did not think it was fair and just ended up taking &nbsp;what was originally offered.<br /> The people buying right now are buying because they feel the share price will go higher with a second bid or just the rumour of another bid. You sometimes do not need another offer for the SP to rise dramatically, you just need an expression of interest NR and then these folks buying today could sell these shares in the $20&#39;s quite easily.&nbsp;<br /> The reason I will hold is because I feel this offer is super ultra low for what they are getting. I may even buy more myself in this $19.65 range and just wait for that expression of interest or a second or third bidder NR. If in the end I end up with the Impala original offer then I get sold out at $19.74.<br /> There could be some real easy low, low risk money to be made here.
