Oct 25th

Oct 25thJust recieved the shareholders info package concerning the agenda for the annual meeting.  It's to be held Oct 25th 2019.     Be sure tio read it.

It appears to me,  Even though the company has been dormant for some time, they will hold a vote on grants, options or perhaps cash payments to management and directors.    Suggesting incentive?   Incentive for what ?    Leaving the company in suspended animation till Chris Anderson came along?

From My viewpoint shareholders should reward when something has been accomplished.  Not pay first in hopes something will happen.    Personally I am voting against the plan.         If they get the ball rolling.  Mill is working.  Bottom line is profit with EPS in the green.  Bring it to the table again and I'll support it.

.      Bothers me when I see people lining up to share in profits before there is any.
