RE:RE:All is Well

RE:RE:All is WellAgreed Fast except for the Fowler part, what Linton did and where he was going was going to end in disaster. With Fowler they have restructured their management system and have moved the team into areas that are the most suitable/ productive for the company as a whole, of which Fowler was a part of as well. They have had to go through a learning curve, like all in the sector. and have made adjustments to take advantage of their strengths...if Fowler was all that egoically challenged he wouldn't have been part of the changes.

This company is the best in the sector in all areas and appears to have made the correct changes where necessary both in the business plan and hierarchy while keeping the focus on what is best for the company and untimately SHs...Linton was more the opposite.

Not that everything is perfect, there have been challenges in both the sector and the roll out of the marketplace and still remain in some areas but Fowler and team have come through with a top tier result and are still improving across the board. I have had some very interesting times over the years with lawyers and do not disagree but see Fowler as focussed on the success and good of the company....he has been focussed on growing quality product and building a top quality company first and he is down there wading through the plants with more focus on them than sitting a fancy office telling everyone he is a lawyer.

I see more of a winner in this company every year, the entire menu is top shelf in all areas and improving from there, the facility is industry leading and is recognized as such across the industry and so is Fowler, he hit the cover of High Times.

FIRE is the cokk of the walk and is just getting started and that is why we are still here Fast and while we enjoy the herb of their labor we will realize skookum rewards along with the rest that own, JMHO....Opt

I believe he is an egotistical arrogant individual who is self righteous (most lawyers) and the slow removal is a blessing in disguise for all shareholders. You may give him credit for the work in the early years but the recent positioning by the BOD tells a different story. Like Fowler the removal of Bruce Linton from Canopy tells a similar story and that is that their vision and competency as CEO's of a young corporation are no longer required.
