I also expect the P.P. to close this week. And while the PP was not expected this early, costs can change between the AGM and now. i.e. existing Pobrdje mine coming our way, JV2s decision to partner with Erin. Erin Ventures will need approximately $445,000 for the transaction closing costs with InvestCo. (v) Upon exercise of Option 1, Erin shall reimburse InvestCo for all verified transaction closing costs associated with the transaction to a maximum of USD $300,000.
