Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I believe that will do better than last Q EBITDA wise and that is huge. TOTAL REVENUE 133M to 138M CDN not including LATAM. LATAM, I have no clue about. Why I lowered my revenue expectations is because Aphria One was only properly dialed in at the end of August. That is when it hit full rotation. The Mastronardi's only took over the operation of Aphria One in June and had a few adjustments to make to get it firing on all cylinders. Aphria One is now pumping out the biggest and baddest buds it ever has now so it was worth the wait to get the right operators in there. The yields are unbelievable now!! Also, the cancellation of the Emblem/Aleafia deal caused me to deduct 10M off of my initial revenue estimate because they clearly didn't receive any product from Aphria last Q. CASH COST PER GRAM I am estimating a $0.30/gram reduction because of the Mastronardi's operating expertise in efficiencies. Next Q, I am estimating another $0.30/gram reduction as we will be entering the realm of ecomomies of scale with Aphria One and Phase IV dialed in. The following Q I am predicting another $0.30/gram reduction with both Aphria Diamond and Aphria One being dialed in by then. Sorry, about the messy post. Not my best work. PROF That's the Coles notes for REVs and EBITDA
