xly would be lucky to get a offer at current market cap and with all the debt even that's unlikely...... these guys basically traded 300 million for 100 million in assets ( if that ) and owe a hundred million with 200 million in debentures in the wings !!! Good luck on any kind of a profitable buy out !!!
