RE:Its Not About Inventory

RE:Its Not About Inventory You ain't kidding - 15%+ THC from dispenseries in Vancouver go for under $150/oz delivered compared to $240+/oz.  I'm complaining and I live in QC where I can legally buy some strains for $165/oz incl. delivery, i've checked ON prices and they're nuts

Zingiber wrote: Folks sorry to repeat but its not about how much inventory one has its about revenue. There is way too much legal and illegal market flower. Illegals have lower prices and they also have the convenience.
Spoke to one person yesterday in Niagara who told me he orders illegal cannabis online from Vancouver at half the price of legal and gets his cannabis delivered to his mailbox. He mentioned there is illegal cannabis everywhere online. The Amazon model?
The industry is suffering from higher prices and a weak retail network. Nothing will change until hopefully the industry does well because of non-flower products that the illegal market cannot safely produce. And lets not forget the ability to grow your own. Maybe the ones marketing "grow your own" product will be the ones to profit.
Illegal cigarettes are everywhere and the government has not been able to stop it even though they are losing tax revenue.
