what are the odds... 2 By Dec 31 inevitable if BBD surprises heavily to the upside (which is all but impossible) 
very unlikely if the National Banks etsimates are correct 
If BBD surpises to the low end, we could hit 1.20 

so the answer to my own question is all but impossible. 

and yes, time matters to me
