Yes that is another finance strategy

You extend your payables out as far as possible and you pull in your recieveables as fast a possible.

This creates an increase in cashflow.

Lisa is no dummy. She might have made some bad choices getting in touch with the ilk she did but she is proficient in Strategic Leadership imho.

The costs will be minimal now. I can't see her making a projection at this point and having no way of achieving that. It would be corporate suicide for her. Again imho.

Revenue is now flowing in and growing.

They may raise but as a security measure rathet than a desparation measure.
