because it is our right to take part in the decision making process .things dont happen over our heads.we are the owners not GB .he cant sell our property without our approval .
they will have to ask whether the shareholders like the deal ,yes or no ,at one point in time .
they put us in front an accomplished fact . that is not fair .i just wonder .
for the moment they are fleecing the flock that is all i see .
shearing the wool and knitting themselves a nice sweater for the winter .you will be shivering before you enter back from the cold .
they traded your invested money for a pair of scissors . our money is their investment ,the value of this company .a treasure of $$$$ buried in the lithium mine just for the taking without digging deep . .i see your $ bill lying in the heap there .
they cant get it done without the shareholders approval . so far gb rides the pony like a cowboy .one day the shareholders will lift him out of the saddle when the shareholders realise he is the pony and they are the ones in charge.what a nerve to negociate bad deals without going to the shareholders .is he a king?
well regulated Corporate Governanced, Global Leader in its Industry working within a very stable and established environment,
i like your gallows humor .
GB broke the company down and pallinghurst will pick up the pieces .good governance in a safe district ,they can get away with it without any hassles that s why they need a safe district
that lithium will succeed doesn t depend on gb or pallinghurst for that matter ,
it is due to the trend towards clean energy and that mismanagement can t stop .
