Mining Method at Beta Hunt - Area around FDVThere are some useful ino posted on ceo.ca by @ yellojelly and @Mikeymike426. Most of the info is verifiable, see Technical Report on SEDAR (e.g. 12 August 2019 Section 16, page 114). Of immediate interest is how would RNC mine the ore using stopes between level 15 and 14 (the Pink area in Fig 2 of the NR of 24 Sept 2019). Link below

- Assumptions: 25m high, 4m deep toward the trend (fault in the NW direction)
- Length: 500m along the ore-drive (parallel to the NW trend... If this assumption is wrong, then correct and provide supporting information).
Napkin math:
- 25m x 4m x500m = 50,000 m3 x 2.8 = 140,000 tonnes. Note: This number is consistent with that projected by a poster (believe it was Geodan, but could not lay finger on his post). Depending on the grade, the gold production for this 500m section could be:
- 140,000oz for grade =31gpt
- 14,000 oz for grade 3.1gpt = Half the size of FDV haul.
- 70,000 oz for grade = 15 gpt (same order of magnetude as the grade in Forsterville Swan zone (which by the way is located deep down below compared to what RNC has at BH).
The question is how long would it take to dig all this out and processed into Au bars?
Based on the info in the Technical report, and info on digging mine tunnel, depending on the rock hardness and other factors, it would take roughly 1 day to advance 4m. Hence 500m would take about 125 days or 3 months to dig the stuff out. But, if you synchronize the operation well, i.e. processing can begin when the first load is arriving to the stockpile, so that the time required could be shorter, say to 2 months. That means the production for BH alone would be about 7000 oz at 3.1 gpt (no credit for high-grade coarse gold, and contribution from Baloo). 31gpt may not be too far fecthed, and 15 gpt may be possible, given the grades found around FDV area.
