It looks as though you have turned a page from an emotional expectation to a more pragmatic understanding. The lesson learned, as you have pointed out, is to not invest what you are not prepared to walk away from. In reality you always have to walk away from that cash you are investing, the period of time it is away is what is subjective.
It is only a mistake if you repeat it. 
The market is doing what we all expected, it was a magical land of valuations, what we are seeing is the constriction and pendulum swaying away form neutrality as a correction. The market should settle in the next couple of months, there will be less companies in the supply chain but more pie for those that remain. JWC will be a remainder, its that simple, the value that remains will be seen but there is no doubt that JWC will be a part of this industries future.
