This cash offer is certainly a joke, and that will be magnified when the Q report comes out, and PALLADIUM spot crashed thru 1800$ US...

Well i see now that the shares of IMPLATS only trade in South Africa, so that makes a cash deal the ony real feasible avenue for a buyout. For some reason i was under the impression it traded on one of the US  exchanges...
