1. develop and communicate financial pro-formas showing time to reach cash flow positive and profitability

2. end hiring of execs until cash flow positive. Clarify goals for current execs related to revenue generation and profitability

3. end issuung of stock options - dilution and expense hit have clear negative impact

4. commit to regular communication with shareholders - confernece call monthly would be of value
