Gift

GiftThis was a gift.... and I feel sorry for the people that sold and got caught up in the panic. Beacon led the 20mill deal in April @$20. Doing another raise at a discount allows them to average down, save face, and still get in for another 25mill....says a lot of how much they believe in the company. Not a lot of financing getting done in Canadian cannabis right now....given amount of shares this company has adding another 2.5 does nothing other than provide more lubrication and helps lower sp volatility.

It it was a gift for people that have the opportunity to put more money into an investment they believe is a good one. Nothing has changed today, from yesterday or 3 months ago...albeit the share price. And for that there are many reasons. VFF have been doing business for many consecutive years....cucumbers or cannabis doesn’t matter. They have a track record for making it in a challenging commodities market. They are not adding ridiculous overhead like others.... they have Canadian, US and Mexican asserts and they are spending within their means...using the already established networks of growing things they have for years....growing it cheap and ramping up production at very little increased costs. Regardless of the JV They are going out on their own acquiring licenses and taking control of their own fate...they are in the drivers seat! ...may give us an idea of what the 25mill is for... either way tells me they are not along for the ride....they are driving the bus.

it was a gift....for me...in a tough time to be an investor/trader in this industry. Been here almost since the start....4 years ago when this craziness all started. The gift was that if beacon is still willing to lead and execute this capital raise....in the market the way way it is. I know that Village is the right place to be right now...

strong company! If they execute and are prudent in how they grow in the industry. Good potential in an emerging market that will grow, long term, into one of the largest consumable products in the world.

stay in it for the long haul if you can....if you can’t....this is probably one of your best bets to see some swings....and know it’s still a good investment if you get caught with your pants down. There is no question this could go down more....cannabis is made up of ”new” investors....they “play” the game with emotions. Can never trust emotions....they will do irrational things...... Trust in what the industry is becoming and pick the right company. It will pay off.

glta,cheers.
