Well that tells it all..No firmed up plans to do anything and people last week were trying to persuade people they would be drilling in 2019 and a news release was imminent...Learn from it,note the names of the people who claim it..They were lieing,simple as that..Although why I don't know,it's not as if you can trade Simba,the volume this week in total wouldn't have bought you a coffee...
