Nice post.   ASX IS more corrupt than CANDYLAND(TSX, TSX-V)  where the white collar criminals steal from shareholders like Candy from a Baby!

Of course there is collusion betyween the BOD4 and Titan.    They all got into those Titan shares when it was in admin for next to nothing,   this looks like it has been planned for a long time.   Collusion is also evident in Titan buying the Vertex position in the Core debt just shortly AFTER the CORE  BOD changed the repayment terms and the conversion price!!!
I think it was the very next day!!!   HAH!!

Mark Bailey is a Frank Guistra mole,  been sitting on CORE BOD for years,  never owned any shares,  never bought any shares,  collecting his chump change BOD fees and stock options for years,   doing essentially NOTHING but waiiting for the day to dilute the CORE shareholders MASSIVELY thur this merger into Titan.  

Titan IS a worthless shell company,  other than the Core shares they hold and now the CORE debt.   Why anyone would want to pump money into a worthless shell in ASX to use as a vehicle to aquire a potential real asset in Equador?       They want to create another degree of seperation from  the potential US and Canadian regulators that might want to look into IF insiders from CORE BOD and their "friends and family"  are actually these Aussie "institutional" investors,  or have funded them thru offshore Aussie institutions,  that are controlled or related parties to these BOD4 and thier associates.
