Yes I would agree even at 1.2 billion a 20 % premium It would take 4-5 years @ $1500 Pd to pay off the Takeover

ABX and others have huge tax losses to take on the huge profits of PDL.
Also Implats has a 15 year mine life posted on their website and for sure PDL has at least another 20 years

Come on ,this Company is a Steal at this price and the Market is already starting to realize it
