Thanks for the clarifications on Fortis versus BC Hydro. So if they pay more for power, I am wondering why they picked that location? As far as I am concerned if you are going to build any type of industrial facility somewhere, you need some cost advantages in order to maintain competitivity within a  market, they operate the main office in Vancouver and yet have to have someone taking care of the site, travel to site as they may want to trouble shoot for glitches, Pay higher rate for power, Spent most of their cash to date on the facility, had to redo the financials and had to be halted for months.  This is not sounding like a flawless business strategy so far. I have seen it so many times that all these little mistakes adds up and usually the shareholders end up paying the price for it. Regardless, I have started to nibble on this one but need to see better executions and understand the strategy better.
