Backlog Revenue

Backlog RevenueIts been a year (Oct 18th, 2018) since we've last seen any binding contract announcements. Annual revenue of 34 Mill USD and 255 Mill USD total revenue backlog. 

I know the restructuring, cost cutting has been the focus but why arent we seeing any new releases in this area? No sales in a year? Long term investors like myself want to see this number to continue to grow knowing we're still 18-24 months away from launch?
