.35, .32, .29 & .23 purchases. At ~70% of my max position w/ an avg of .2743. Definitely red on the dca entry approach. That's my preference though, I've personally had better success dca'ing on the down trend vs the uptrend. Short-term (hopefully) pain for the gain. Original tentative exit between .45-.5, will be dependent upon a few factors. The lower the avg goes the lower I'll be willing to flip out.

This could be construed as a libelous statement. Back up your statemnt, if you are not a basher by showing the details of the lawsuit. If Trader was a person working for the company I would send your post to legal.....

Aliass, you are so fond of quoting your average and your entry point in compairison to others on the board. 50% into you position and buyig when it was 25% higher and you said sell, since being on this booard you are most likely under water at todays prices.

So how about your sharing you wisdom, exit strategy since you are so open about your entry and swing trade plans.

I asked before but you did not respond.

Do tell

Are you,Tradertimestwo the IR of TGIF?? If yes, then tell all the shareholders if you/TGIF has a Litigation AGAINST you and for what?

25cents speaks loud and CLEAR, Do you have any Pending Litigation against TGIF?? Institutional Investors say so.

If you, 2x2trader is not the IR of TGIF, then we want this done , the IR and the CEO's response about the litigation that was or was not disclosed to the shareholders and why??

Tradertimestwo wrote: Lol typical basher behavior. When SP is surpressed they grasp at any sort of bs to try and lower sp further or keep it down. Keep trying.

Looking at BAMM, I just wonder about TGIF going forward taking BABY STEPS to the HIGHWAY to no where, not to mention they lied to the shareholders by holding of the litigation news which surfaced in their filing to CSE, correct me if wrong, Was that Disclosed to the SHAREHOLDERS or NOT?

A Sad story for the Retail Investors in TGIF, not the BIG ones who use our money and NOT theirs, they are the Institutions/Banks/Pensions and the list goes on!

Can we get an answer from the Investor Relations on this Topic pls.

Tradertimestwo wrote: Yes fearmongering. These suits are commonplace in the sector and have ZERO to do with any SP changes. Fear and ignorance has much more to do with the SECTOR as a whole suffering. But thanks for bringin up nonsense on a slow news day. Sidenote: Alias- You no longer warrant any sort of reply, not wasting breath there.
SpaceLabs wrote: Not fear monger but can be a REALITY, chk with filing at the Exchange, spoke to a broker and exactly what he said , I hope it is resoved sooner than later, deal with it and get it over with.

Tradertimestwo wrote: Fear mongerer. Feel good about yourself.
SpaceLabs wrote: The game we have seen so far is played by the Institutions and expect the worse to come if this company has any litigation to deal with.

Institutional Investors don't like any Pending Litigation whatsoever.
