ARGT would be a good comparable as a "Spin off" from the Atlantis Gold (AGB) sale.
Was supposed to be implied value of 1$, it's only recently been listed, but is around the 1.3$ range. All those shares were pretty much given for "free" on the merger arb too.
However, I think people were generally happy with the Atlantis management... Not the same with Cobalt 27 uh?
