RE:Any developments on class action lawsuitsCall them up and see what they say. Its only the cost of a call. To the Lawyers I mean. 

And if this is such public knowledge and bad for the company then everyone would know it. And do you think the share price woudl be doing what it is with this burden over its head? 

And second do you really want to say you are so daft as to believe that you posting your spin on this site will guide the share price to the level you would like?
