As a commodity I’ll take $4 billion~ in legal sales for the first year. Illegal pot sales reminds me of artisanal gold mining on properties of legal mining companies, albeit larger scale. I do like the capital expenditure ratio to building a mine. However agree that medical weed will dominate the near future fur Invictus. As for valuations most never factored in the massive capex grab with expansion plans (see Canopy). At least for now Invictus is shaving costs. 

Deloitte estimates the total cannabis market in Canada, including medical and illegal as well as legal recreational products, is expected to generate up to $7.17 billion in total sales in 2019. Legal sales are expected to contribute more than half of this total – up to $4.34 billion – in the first year.
